👋 Hi, I’m Rinkesh.
In 2017, I started Savior, a B2B platform that helped hospitals in India manage patient records faster and with fewer errors. We hustled with no playbook — talking to administrators, iterating week by week, and learning how to ship quickly. By the time Zocdoc acquired us, Savior was working with 85+ hospitals.
After that, I turned to ed-tech and built Career Leap, a platform to help professionals strengthen workplace soft skills. We ran live cohorts, onboarded hundreds of learners, and saw the impact. Scaling proved harder than expected, and a few years later we shut it down. It didn’t work out, but it left me with lessons I still carry today.
I took some time off to reflect, and realized I’m happiest in the 0→1 stage — turning ideas into something real that people actually use. Since then, I’ve been shaping products, consulting startups, and building side projects. Right now, I’m especially excited about AI and everyday workflows — building tools that make people more productive, while keeping the human touch.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a cup of chai, a board game, or my cat Baburao
